These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between rbakee ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") and any individual ("User", "you", "your") who accesses, registers on, or uses any service offered through the rbakee website and associated digital properties.
By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a wager, or accessing any part of the rbakee platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease use of the platform and close your account.

rbakee primarily serves players based in Bangladesh. Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account on the rbakee platform. Duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited. Where rbakee identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, it reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, consolidate or void any balances held across those accounts, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. rbakee will never ask you to disclose your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any activity conducted through your account is deemed to have been authorised by you, and you bear full responsibility for all transactions and wagers placed using your login credentials.
If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify rbakee support immediately at [email protected]. rbakee will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the account pending the outcome of that investigation. rbakee cannot be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access where the User has failed to take reasonable steps to secure their credentials.
rbakee operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process consistent with industry anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering standards. You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before withdrawals are processed:
Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal restrictions. rbakee reserves the right to withhold withdrawals until verification is satisfactorily completed.
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. All pending wagers will be settled in accordance with standard rules before closure is finalised. Any remaining verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method following the completion of outstanding KYC requirements.
All transactions on rbakee are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). Account balances, wager amounts, winnings, and promotional values are all displayed and settled in BDT. rbakee does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

Deposits via mobile financial services (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically credited to the account within 5 minutes of confirmed payment. Card deposits may take up to 30 minutes. rbakee does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own fees, for which rbakee bears no responsibility.
Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed within the following timeframes:
Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. rbakee will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 across all methods.
Daily, weekly, and monthly withdrawal limits may apply depending on your account verification status and VIP tier. Diamond-tier members benefit from elevated withdrawal ceilings and priority processing. Specific limits are displayed within your account dashboard upon login.
rbakee complies with standard daily transfer limits imposed by bKash and Nagad. If a requested withdrawal amount exceeds your mobile banking provider's daily limit, rbakee will process the withdrawal in multiple tranches over consecutive days.
All bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by rbakee are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, as well as the general bonus terms set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering requirement multiplier and eligible games will be specified clearly in the promotion description. Wagers placed on games with a house edge below the stated threshold may contribute at a reduced rate or may not contribute at all to wagering requirements.
All bonuses carry an expiry period, which will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered in compliance with the stated requirements within the expiry period will be automatically removed from the account without notice.

Activities classified as bonus abuse include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion; placing low-risk or hedged bets solely to satisfy wagering requirements; colluding with other users to exploit promotional mechanics. Where bonus abuse is detected, rbakee reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings derived from abused promotions, and permanently close the account.
rbakee operates a four-tier loyalty programme: Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Tier advancement is based on cumulative wagering activity over rolling assessment periods. Benefits associated with each tier, including cashback rates, withdrawal priority, and exclusive tournament access, are published within the VIP section of the platform and are subject to change at rbakee's discretion.
All casino games offered on rbakee use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems that have been independently audited to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. The theoretical return-to-player (RTP) percentage for each game is available within the game's information panel.
In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure that affects a game round in progress, rbakee reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount to the player's account balance. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, rbakee shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude rbakee's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
rbakee makes reasonable efforts to ensure continuous platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally feasible. rbakee shall not be liable for losses incurred during periods of unplanned downtime.
rbakee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Where changes are material — such as alterations to withdrawal policies, bonus terms, or account eligibility criteria — rbakee will notify registered users via the email address associated with their account at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the rbakee platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 3.4.
rbakee reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, where it reasonably believes that the User has violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the platform or the safety of other users. In cases of suspected fraud, rbakee may freeze account funds pending investigation before issuing a formal termination notice.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, all pending promotional balances, bonus funds, and unreleased free bets will be forfeited. Verified cash balances in excess of any outstanding liability to rbakee will be returned to your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to the completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
